Hi. I’m Al Smith. I’m a guy with a passion for Dance. Perhaps my passion is greater than my dancing ability but that can never stop my dream. Dance Steps-n-Dancing is a blogging forum for everyone to express their every thought and to share their every joy.

My Mother was a Dance teacher. She had her own dance class and also Instructed at the Olive Wallace Dance Studio in Melbourne Australia. The city where I was born. She tried to teach me at an early age but I refused to follow her dancing talents and I continually rebuffed here efforts. Alas for my dance ability, for she died young seeing only the early days of my manhood.
It was many years later that I awkwardly graced the dance floor and have done so ever since, Perhaps without the awkwarkness ( at least I would like to think so) I may one day place a video on this page for you to decide.
My love for dance and the friendships and the meetings of so many people have brought me to think of dance almost as a way of life. Sometimes in conversation I need to remind myself that others may have differing interests. How dare they!
